About returns and exchanges
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
If you return the item by cash on delivery, we will not be able to accept it. Thank you for your understanding. ●A "Return Form" is included with the product when it is shipped.
When returning an item, please fill out the necessary information on the return form and send it back together with the returned item. (The return address is written on the paper.)
Please note that we cannot accept returns if the return form is not included.
● Please put the product in a non-woven fabric with the brand tag attached, repack it and return it.
● When returning items, there is no need to specify a shipping company, but please be sure to use a shipping method that issues a tracking number.
● We do not accept returns by bringing directly to the store. We cannot accept exchanges due to customer convenience.
If you wish to change the size after receiving the product, please return the delivered product and place a new order for the desired product. After confirming the returned product, we will do it according to the payment method within 3 business days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
We will send you an email once the refund has been processed.

We will only refund the cost of the returned item.
Please note that the shipping fee paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded.

If the replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund, including the shipping charges you paid at the time of purchase. ● We cannot accept cancellations or changes to order details due to customer convenience.
